Join us for a special presentation from Patti Hartigan as she talks about her biography of Black playwright August Wilson whose plays include the Pulitzer prize-winning “The Piano Lesson” and “Fences” which also won a Tony award. Hartigan was schooled in Rye and inspired to become a writer by her Rye High School teacher, and her mother.
