Coming in to the Library
When you arrive for your appointment, please come to the main door, located under the American flag. Please knock on the door, and a staff member will confirm your name and appointment.
You must wear a mask for entry in to the building, and throughout your entire appointment. If you are unable to wear a mask, please use the curbside pick-up service, and place your holds and requests through the catalog or over the phone.
Follow social distancing guidelines during your visit in the library, and use the hand sanitizing stations available throughout the building. Please follow the guidance arrows on the floor to reduce the amount of cross traffic. Please exit through the patio door.
No food or beverage of any kind is permitted in the library at this time.
Children ages 2 and up will be required to practice social distancing and wear masks in accordance with Federal, State, and local guidelines.
Staff members cannot accept returns. Please use the bookdrop for all returned materials.
Fine payment may only be made using a credit card.
For patrons needing disability accommodations while the library is operating under conditions to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, please call Catherine Riedel at 914-231-3166, or write to firstname.lastname@example.org. The library is committed to safe access for all.
