This winter and spring the Rye Storytellers will offer a course in how to spin a good yarn. Classes on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 8 will focus on how and where to find a story you yearn to tell, how to shape and prepare the story, how to enhance its telling (a workshop with celebrated storyteller Carol Birch), the presentation of your story and a celebration of the storytelling “graduates.” The first two classes will be a kick-off “Introduction to Storytelling” on January 3 and “Choosing a Story” on February 7.
