The Auxiliary Board

Thank you to the dedicated members of the Auxiliary Board, whose hard work and creative efforts enhance and enrich the library every day. 

Through their fundraisers, such as the Wheels Go ‘Round Vehicle Fair, which raised over $24,000 in 2007, they help to support ongoing programs such as Mother Goose and Teacher-in-the-Library, as well as contribute funds for the collection and overall operations of the library.  In addition, members coordinate many of the free programs, events, author visits and guest speakers that help make the library such a vital part of our community.  These included: Butterfield’s Picnic, Teddy Bear Parade, Harry Potter Book Release Party, numerous author visits and book signings, just to name a few.

Thank you to everyone in the community who attended and contributed to these events, as well as the many who volunteered their valuable time to make them a success.
