2009 Summer Reading Game Sleepover Party
10 lucky kids won golden tickets during the library's Summer Reading Program. Ticket winners, their friends and families enjoyed a fun-filled sleepover party including games, a movies and refreshments in the library.

Vehicle Fair Takes the Checkered Flag
What a perfect day to climb aboard a fire truck or race a plasma car!
The Auxiliary Board’s 11th Annual Vehicle Fair, held in the Rye High School parking lot, was a raucous success. Amid the sirens’ and horns, children were laughing and squealing with delight as they climbed aboard fire trucks, ambulances, police cars and earth movers of all sizes and shapes.
Events such as the Vehicle Fair are an important part of the library’s fundraising activities and our thanks go out to event co-chairs Leigh Geller and Jenny Hogan, the entire Auxiliary Board and our sponsors for making the day a smashing success.
