Answer the Call and Help the Library Plan for the Future
Starting next week, the library will begin conducting telephone surveys to gather information for a long-range plan.
This spring, the library’s Board of Trustees began work on a new long-range strategic plan to guide the direction of library services for the next three to five years. As part of this plan, the library needs your help to prioritizing limited resources in order to best serve the community.
Starting the week of June 28, the library will begin conducting telephone surveys to gather information on how the library is meeting your expectations, how it can improve, and how it should grow to meet your needs in the future. If called, please participate in the surveys - it only takes a moment. Your candid input is a vital part of the process and will help ensure that the library is responsive to your needs going forward.
With your input, the library will begin drafting the formal long-range strategic plan this fall and the Board anticipates making the plan available at the Annual Meeting held early next winter.
